Security Questions

Use the Security Questions page to update the security questions you set up during the self-registration process.

You can choose from fifteen questions.

Note the following rules regarding security questions:

To change your security questions

  1. Navigate to the Security Questions page.
  2. In the Questions list, select the question you want to change.
  3. In the Answers list, enter the corresponding answer.
  4. Repeat these steps until you have completed your desired changes.
  5. Click Submit.
  6. Log out of the Ceridian My Records Employee Portal.
  7. Log back in to the My Records Employee Portal.

    The new security questions are now activated.
